Here at Capital Recovery, we are proud to have a fantastic team of hardworking individuals. Today, we are taking this opportunity to highlight Kristen, our Cash Applications/Legal Forwarding Professional.
Kristen joined the team almost seven years ago, and we are so excited to share about a team member that has been with us for this long! Her favorite part about working at Capital Recovery is the relationships she gets to build with co-workers.

Although she loves the atmosphere and relationships she’s built at Capital Recovery, some challenges come with every position.
One of those recent challenges Kristen is keeping up with all of the changing laws during COVID-19, state by state for attorneys. As this has been a challenge for many professions, Kristen is doing a wonderful job handling these sudden changes. Something that Kristen wishes others knew about this situation is that with it being such an unpredictable one, there are daily new factors when it comes to collections and how each state is handling it differently.
When Kristen isn’t working, she likes to spend her free time hiking with her family. Kristen, her daughter, and her husband choose a new place to go hiking every week. She enjoys doing most outdoor activities, as long as she gets to do them with her family. Kristen is the most excited about her baby boy’s arrival in early September, making her family of three a family of four.
A fun fact about Kristen is that she enjoys cooking. She finds ways to make food exciting and enjoyable by trying a new recipe every week. Kristen is from Alpharetta, Georgia, but has loved living in Alabama. Lastly, and most importantly, her favorite ice cream flavor is Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt.
