The Georgia Collectors Association (GCA) has selected our very own Brandy Seats as 2018 president. The GCA serves our industry by providing education, training and promoting ethical professional conduct. The GCA also acts as a voice in business, legal, regulatory and legislative matters. Holding this position for 2018 will be a great advantage for CRC and our clients. We will have a direct voice in the industry to ensure we are always providing the best possible service to all of our clients.

As Director of Sales and Marketing, I manage our marketing platforms and work directly with our clients to provide the best service in the industry.
How did you learn to do what you do?
By doing. Capital Recovery has been through a lot of changes during our history. You use common sense and trust your instincts.
In your time at Capital Recovery, what are you most proud of?
I’m most proud of the growth that I’ve been a part of since starting with the company 7 years ago. Every year is better than the last.

I love the outdoors. My time not spent at work is usually on the lake or enjoying many outdoor activities.
