Jan 31, 2022

Here at Capital Recovery Partners, we recognize the value of having top-notch team members. Our hiring process allows us to attract and hire employees who become some of the best debt collection personnel. Our commitment to ongoing training and continuing education allows our team to remain ahead of the latest technologies and tools in the debt collection market.

Each month, we will highlight our fantastic team members on our blog. We start a new year and a new month with the introduction of our team member Joseph, a financial counselor for our medical accounts.

Follow along below to learn more about Joseph and the important role he plays here at Capital Recovery.

What is your name & role at Capital Recovery?

Joseph, Financial Counselor

How long have you worked with Capital Recovery?

Three and a half years. (Four years come this September.)

What do you enjoy most about working at Capital Recovery?

The fluid communication between my colleagues and management.

How do you feel that Capital Recovery is different from other collections agencies?

We can work with our debtors to find solutions that both them and our creditors can all find agreeable.

What values do you see Capital Recovery embrace daily?

Achieving goals through top-notch communication and teamwork.

Tell us about a nice encounter you had with a co-worker or customer?

Every now and then, I’ll get the occasional caller that tells me I have a nice phone voice. That’s always a really lovely compliment to hear.

How does your current job with Capital Recovery compare to previous jobs you have had?

Unlike many of the positions I had worked in prior, CRC has a management team that is willing to sit down with our staff and review our workload with us to ensure the best productivity output across the board.

If you had only five words to describe Capital Recovery, what would they be?

Honest, Excellent, Approachable, Intuitive, and Contemporary.

How has Capital Recovery helped you achieve your personal and professional goals?

Being that most of my job is making outbound calls and speaking with strangers throughout the day, I’ve become a lot less tense and more outgoing with how I meet and interact with people.

What motivates you?

My morning tea.

What do you most enjoy doing outside of work?

I enjoy watching movies. I often hold “Bad Movie Nights” with my friends every other weekend where we watch the worst films we can find until we find the diamond in the rough and name that one the “Best of the Worst.”
